Head Chef Wayne Davies explains his Passion for Food:

"... My aim is to deliver the best quality food using the finest ingredients. I change our menu weekly in order to make the best of the in-season produce from the best local suppliers

"We are retaining some favourites, such as our famous Buck Carvery, grills and steaks, whilst offering a different fresh fish, chicken and pork dish weekly.

"For our vegetarians I make exciting new dishes weekly. We make most of our deserts in house, from old favourites to modern classics. We also cater for coeliacs and those with lactose intolerance.

"There will be a warm welcome awaiting you at the Buck and we hope your enjoy our new menu changes!"
