Starters


Roasted red pepper soup partnered with cream of celeriac soup with a balsamic dressing garnish and bread roll & butter.

Chef's smooth chicken liver pate served with melba toast, salad garnish and cumberland sauce.

Prawns on a bed of salad served with a delicious homemade seafood sauce, with a lime twist, decorated with slithers of smoked salmon.

Main Course


The famous Buck Carvery comprises a choice of roast beef, turkey or roast crackling leg of pork served with seasonal fresh vegetables and all the festive trimmings.

An oven baked cod with a dijon mustard and mayonnaise dressing with chives, parsley and sprinkled with lemon zest and breadcrumbs.

Wild mushrooms with a creamy aborial rice infused with garlic.

Sauteed mushrooms, cranberries and seasoned spinach with hazelnuts topped with brie encased in puff pastry served with carvery vegetables.

Desserts


Served in the traditionals way with cream or brandy sauce.

Traditional Sherry Trifle.

Cream filled choux pastry buns flavoured with Irish cream liqueur with pouches of delicious toffee sauce.

Light coffee and chocolate mousee served in a coffee cup with white chocolate shavings.

A selection of Welsh and French cheese served with cheese biscuits, apples & grapes.

Tea or Coffee

Served with a festive chocolate mint.


Please note that for on-line orders we cannot ring you to confirm between 3pm & 5pm Monday - Friday. We will however confirm the order when we open at 5pm. 

Orders booked in the evening can be confirmed up to 10pm, or the following morning.
